Emirates Towers


The Emirates Towers, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, are a iconic symbol of the city's modern architecture and booming economy. The two towers, named Emirates Tower One and Emirates Tower Two are connected by a shopping and dining complex known as "The Boulevard." Emirates Tower One is home to offices of several major companies, while Emirates Tower Two houses a luxury hotel, the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. Both towers offer spectacular views of the city and the Arabian Gulf.

Height: The two towers, named Emirates Tower One and Emirates Tower Two, stand at 354 meters (1,163 feet) and 309 meters (1,014 feet) tall, respectively. Emirates Tower One is the taller of the two and was the tallest building in the city when it was completed in 2000. Location: The Emirates Towers are located in the heart of Dubai's business district, on Sheikh Zayed Road. Design: The towers were designed by the renowned architecture firm Norr Group Consultants International and are known for their unique and striking design. Structure: The buildings feature a Y-shaped plan and are made up of a central core and three wings. The façade is characterized by its curved edges and the use of reflective glass. Features: Emirates Tower One is primarily used for office space and is home to several major companies. It has 56 floors and was completed in 2000. The tower also features a health club, restaurants and a panoramic observation deck on the 50th floor. Emirates Tower Two is a luxury hotel, the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, which was also completed in 2000. It has 56 floors and features 303 guest rooms and suites, as well as several restaurants, a health club, and a spa. The hotel also has a rooftop infinity pool and a terrace with panoramic views of the city. Both towers are connected by the "The Boulevard," a shopping and dining complex that features luxury boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Cost: The total cost of the project was 1.5 billion dirhams (approximately US$408 million). Build Time: The construction of Emirates Towers began in 1994 and was completed in 2000.

Dubai Frame


The Dubai Frame is a unique architectural landmark located in the Zabeel Park area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The frame is shaped like a giant picture frame and offers visitors panoramic views of the city's past and present. We will explore the design, and features of the Dubai Frame.

Height: The frame stands at 150 meters (492 feet) tall and 93 meters (305 feet) wide, and is shaped like a giant picture frame, hence its name. Location: The Dubai Frame is a landmark building located in the Zabeel Park area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Design: The building was designed by the renowned architect Fernando Donis, who won a competition organized by the Dubai Municipality to design the structure. The design of the Dubai Frame is inspired by the city's history and the theme of "time and change," and features a unique combination of modern and traditional elements. Structure: The frame is made up of two towers connected by a bridge, which is made of glass and offers visitors a view of the city's skyline from a height of 150 meters. Features: On the ground floor of the Dubai Frame, there is a museum which tells the story of Dubai's history, development and transformation from a small fishing village to a modern metropolis. The museum features interactive exhibits, videos and artifacts that showcase the city's rich culture and heritage. The top floor features an observation deck from where you can see the panoramic views of the city. Visitors can purchase tickets to visit the Dubai Frame, which includes access to the observation deck and the museum. The Dubai Frame is also a popular spot for taking photographs, and it is a popular tourist attraction in the city. Cost: The Dubai Frame was built at a cost of $43.5 million USD. Build Time: Construction began in October 2015 and was completed in December 2018.
